4. Responsibilities of L.E.A

4.3. L.E.A will facilitate the processing of payments and distribution of profits to the lightworker in a timely manner.
4.4. The lightworker acknowledges that the success of their offerings depends on various factors, including market conditions and individual effort, and that L.E.A is not responsible for any lack of success or failure to achieve desired results.

5. Responsibilities of the Lightworker
5.1. The lightworker agrees to cooperate with L.E.A in implementing the strategies outlined for maximizing sales.
5.2. The lightworker is responsible for providing accurate information about their offerings and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3. The lightworker agrees to pay L.E.A the agreed commission for all sales generated through the partnership.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to their respective owners.
6.2. The lightworker grants L.E.A the right to use their intellectual property for the purpose of promoting and selling their offerings.

7. Limitation of Liability
